1997 limited edition Vitesse

In 1997 produced Land Rover a 
Special edition Vitesse model . 
It was available in only two colors:
AA Yellow 
and 
Monza Red

250 were buildt in 1997
100-150 in red and
100-150 in yellow
With an original MSRP of $63,000, the HSE 4.6 was Land Rovers top of the line vehicle and is heavily laden with options.

In addition to this, this is the rare Vitesse edition of the HSE which added $3000.00 to the MSRP .

Opinions vary but general thought is that there were only 100 to 150 of these made.

With an original price exceeding $66,000.00 this was truly a high end luxury SUV.

The Vitesse package was a special trim package which included, body color painted mirrors, darker "blacked out" grill, body colored chin spoiler and either Monza red or bright AA Yellow exteriors.
