This is a Range Rover 1998  with Custom Conversion
The vehicle was converted privatly and is based on a P38, 4.6 HSE.

Conversionkit to L322 Xenon headlight and grille.

The paint is seven different colours flip paint it
changes colour when the sun shines on it.

It has a powerflow twin exhaust system, so it sounds like a TVR.

Arnott air suspension and gas shock absorbers.
